Pipedrive was established in 2010 in the US, and offers plans from £12.50 per user per month. It’s not as fully featured as some of its competitors, but it may still be worth a look in particular if you’re looking for a streamlined system that focuses you on your pipeline.
Pipedrive is all about simplicity. It claims to be the most easily implemented CRM solution on the market, and its interface concentrates on the absolute necessities - so no frills or extras to take your attention away from pipeline management and conversion. It also integrates well with dozens of popular apps, so if you want to quickly add digital signing or lead scoring capabilities, you’re in luck.
However, Pipedrive does fall short in terms of functionality. There’s no support for multiple pipelines, and you won’t get built-in phones. It also does away with extras like invoicing or project management, but you might well have your own existing solutions to help you carry out these tasks anyway.
What Pipedrive does, though, it does well. Its interface will be familiar to you if you’ve used tools like Trello, and it’s an effective system if you want to maintain focus on deadlines, process, and the all-important conversion.
